WARRANTY

Products come with a 12 month warranty, where you may seek a refund or replacement for the product.

The following terms and conditions apply to warranty:
Damages due to misuse by user will not be covered by this warranty.

DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
This warranty only applies to items that are broken when arrived or appear to be not functioning on initial usage. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:

You must check item(s) and report the damages or faults (and send pictures or videos to us by email and state the part number from the instructions manual) WITHIN 10 DAYS after receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.

MISSING PARTS
What should I do if there is a part missing? Please check the packaging very thoroughly as the small components might become loose during the shipping. If there is a part missing, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving goods. Please contact us with a photo of the assembly instructions, listing what part number is missing immediately so that we can offer assistance.

REPLACEMENT
Where a replacement has been approved, we will make arrangements for the product to be collected and returned. Once it has been received by the warehouse, the replacement usually takes around 7-10 business days delivery. We will notify you with tracking details once despatched

REFUNDS 
Where a refund has been approved, we will make arrangements for the product to be collected and returned. Once it has been received by the warehouse, it then usually takes up to 4 working days to process the refund, and we will notify you once this has occurred. 

We do not give refunds if customers change their mind.

NOTE: A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

ZIP | PAY
You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Zip if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described. When waiting for your item to be returned to our Warehouse please continue to pay your payments.
